Unbelievable great experience. My fitting took longer than normal but they stayed committed to helping me out through the entire process. I would say the best experience is I went into this with a completely open mind of what type of clubs and cost was not a factor. Knowing that they never once focused on the most expensive clubs just to make a big sale. They truly focused on what clubs were the best fit for me. Professional and knowledgeable staff with a full understanding of the needs of beginner, amateur, and experienced golfers. I got fitted for a set of irons and was pleasantly surprised with how much I learned about not only my own golf swing, but just golf clubs in general. Had the absolute best experience when I went into fitting. Was able to try so many shafts, iron heads, the full nine. Not only did Austads have the technology, and large variety of options, but they had the best staff. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan the store manager. Informative, patient, excited about product, excited to help me find the perfect setup. Most of all, 0 pressure too buy. Yesterday I was dead set on purchasing a new driver and well prepared to spend over $500 for the right club, but the professional that was helping me insisted that I get some of the kinks in my swing corrected before making an investment in the club. We spent over an hour hitting against their virtual screen that gave so much detail that made it a no brainer to wait on getting the new club. As an owner of a small business I was thoroughly impressed with true interest of helping me out as a customer and not just focusing on the sale. I highly recommend going in to Austad's. Customer for life. I didn't know what to expect out of my first custom fit, but I'm positive, I got more than I bargained. I went through more clubs, shafts, settings, and helpful pointers than I could count. What I ended up with, was the best service, best experience, and the best clubs for me right now. Let me begin by saying I am a 10+ handicap golfer. I love the game and generally have fun just being out there. Mulligan is a crucial vocabulary word when I am golfing. With that said, I went in to Austad's to get fitted for a once-in-a-lifetime purchase of some irons. I was treated as if I was the most important customer getting ready for a PGA event. Time was taken to make sure that I was going to walk away with the best clubs for the price range that I could afford. I have since been out and have played quite a few rounds. I am getting use to letting the clubs do the work and finding the range for each club. I am truly having a blast! The more I play and the more comfortable I get with the clubs, I am more confident to play.

The team at Austad's has helped me fit my entire bag over the course of the last year, and I can safely say that they are NOT there just to "upsell you" or get you to buy clubs you don't need. They are helpful and thoughtful in their recommendations. Definitely my go-to place for all things golf going forward.

What a great experience!! I am old school and am playing with 20 year old clubs. Austad's custom fitting area is very eye opening...great analysis of my swing. Compared actual shots with my old clubs and a new custom fit club....I hit the new ones 10 to 15 yards farther. The Austad family treats their customers with the utmost respect. If you are looking to upgrade your clubs this is definitely the place to do it! I am looking forward to using my new clubs very soon.
