I had a phenomenal full bag fitting experience with Bill. I'm a complete novice, but Bill was super helpful, patient, and made me feel at home. He even gave me a little coaching to help improve my swing! Overall, I can't think of a better place to help service your golf needs.

Let me begin by saying I am a 10+ handicap golfer. I love the game and generally have fun just being out there. Mulligan is a crucial vocabulary word when I am golfing. With that said, I went in to Austad's to get fitted for a once-in-a-lifetime purchase of some irons. I was treated as if I was the most important customer getting ready for a PGA event. Time was taken to make sure that I was going to walk away with the best clubs for the price range that I could afford. I have since been out and have played quite a few rounds. I am getting use to letting the clubs do the work and finding the range for each club. I am truly having a blast! The more I play and the more comfortable I get with the clubs, I am more confident to play.

My custom iron fitting was exceptional. Bill was very professional, honest, and efficient. I was not swayed in any way to test or purchase anything outside of my range as a player and pocketbook. I was extremely pleased and look forward to fitting for other parts of my game. I would highly recommend this store and Bill!

We had a great experience learning about drivers by doing a custom club fitting. The staff was helpful and provided data to make us feel confident in our purchase. We tried multiple drivers and discussed the options for each. If you are looking for clubs (irons or woods), I recommend doing a custom fitting at Austad's.

Great staff with tons of knowledge. My husband and I both got fitted for new clubs and Bill was wonderful giving us tons of information and helping us get the clubs that would fit our swings. We had a great time and couldn’t be happier with our experience.

I went in to get information on putter fitting. I never knew you could fit putters like you could irons, drivers, etc. I was pleasantly surprised. I found a putter which fits my putting style and was never pressured to buy one brand over another. Chris is very knowledgeable and a great teacher. Well done everyone!

Had a great experience with Chris, not only got fitted for a great set of clubs but got help with my grip and swing that added distance and accuracy to my swing.

I'm a terrible golfer. I'm inconsistent, weak, inaccurate and I don't practice enough. BUT the staff at Austad, even though they are all great golfers, want me to enjoy the game. They don't want to sell me "the best" and must expensive thing they've got. They want to ensure I have the best chance to play my best game. I really appreciate Mike's enthusiasm and knowledge when I came in. He never seemed to care that I was a duffer, he just wanted to be sure I enjoyed the game.

Customer for life. I didn't know what to expect out of my first custom fit, but I'm positive, I got more than I bargained. I went through more clubs, shafts, settings, and helpful pointers than I could count. What I ended up with, was the best service, best experience, and the best clubs for me right now.
